give them your quotation.
if they have any questions, tell them the reality, then give them time to compare the price.
next you need to do is waiting, and call them by time( maybe this is the emotional investments) for the result.
another way is looking for new customer.

tks all the reply from above friends .
maybe the matter still not so clear for the reader ,it is a repeat order .then my end customer ask many agent to get quotation form me .
most import thing is i can just do with his agent ,not directly with my end customer .
