I am a new salesman, last month i send some advertisements in some free websites. One day i received a call from a saler of one website, she asked me if i need some special services that will make the business more convenient, that was the first time i received this kind of call, and i did not know the means of special services, so i did not know how to refused her. That call almost lasted for 30mins, when i hang on the phone, i found that my colleagues looked at me in a different eye. I felt so embarrassed at that moment.
So when the similar call came again the second time, third time, i was so nervous that i really did not know how to refuse them!
So i give up sending advertisements now?
So how should i refuse the 'Special Services'?
