一般客人如果是第一次来中国，我们出的是一份中文格式的邀请函，要提交客人的彩色护照，邀请外国人来华呈报表，行程安排，担保函，公司简介及公司营业执照副本到当地外事办（每个都是一式三份），然后等2-3天你就可以拿到外事办出具的邀请函了，然后给客人即可。

而对于以前来过中国的，一般出具一份英文邀请函就可以了，最后盖上公章。

在实际中虽是按照这个操作的，但还是有点迷糊，为什么邀请函要分中英文的，我就不太明白了。

还请大家帮帮忙，多提建议及实际操作的经验。

last year I went to the German consulate in Germany and applied for a
new multi entry visa as the old one expired. However - as I travel
between Hong Kong and China 2- 3 times every week, the consulate did not
believe what I'm doing in China and asked for more evidence.

I told them - what is true - that I basically stay in China and visit
many factories, but because I have no office and no company in China, it
is difficult to send and recieve FedEx shipments. Therefore I go to
Hong Kong to an office of a friend to send and recieve such curier
shipments.

The consulate asked for more evidence of that.

Please help me to write an invitation letter IN CHINESE with a text
similar as follows:

To whom it may concern

This is to confirm that
Promotec GmbH, Bauerstr. 8 a, 80796 Munich, Germany is our regular
customer since several years, placing several orders with us every year.

Mr. Robert Lommerzheim, Passport Number 951591854 - Director of
Promotec GmbH - is often visiting our factory to do business with us, place
orders, arrange for samples and inspect production.

We hereby invite Mr. Robert Lommerzheim to China and kindly ask to
provide him with the necessary business visa.



Please postpone the date to end August, because my visa expires in
September (but I will leave to Germany for summer soon..... Please send
that to my Shenzhen home address.

只写过这样的邀请函， 可能对你没什么帮助！

抬头写英文的邀请函字样，然后正文写你们讲邀请某某公司的谁来你们公司参观，时间是什么时候到什么时候，他们的目的是为了和贵公司长久的商业发展之类的，然后写一切来中国的费用由他们自己承担什么的。 ，还要有客户的姓名公司名，护照号等等信息。然后说希望贵领事馆尽快帮他们办签证这类感谢的话。 这个是提交给中国驻客户国家的领事馆的。 然后盖上你们公司的章，就ok了。
