                                  Incoming Letter

Dear Sirs,

  We are interested in buying 5000 dozens of your “Guangming ”Brand Pens for which there is a fairly large demand in our market.

  Please quote your lowest price CIFLondon,for January shipment.

  Your prompt reply will be appreciated.

                                                                    Yours faithfully

                                Outgoing Letter

Dear Sirs ,

  Thank you for your letter by telex  asking for an offer 5000 dozen Pens .

  As we have many orders for this brand in hand ,so we regret that we are unable to offer you the quantity required .In view of our long relationship in this line of business, we are trying our best to make you an offer for 1500 dozen.

  We invite you to attention our other products such as “Taiyang”Brand Pens .If you are interested in them ,please tell us as soon as possible.
