I think it is depend on yourself!
In daily life ,you can experence your english ,for example,speaking with your english teacher or your friends,at firt ,maybe you can talk some simple sentence,and then ,with thre time fiy ,you can talk with them in difficult things.You shoud take good use of every opppourunity!
remember some useful sentenses everyday. And you have to practice them for some time everyday.It is useful.
