1. additional order：Replacement for damaged parts during installation on board shall be supplied by sellers with the most favourable price and can not be treated by sellers as ordering spare parts for other clients, otherwise the sellers shall be deemed to be in default.
2. The commodity should fulfil all regulations,rules and requirements of the Classification Society and other relevant authorities and regulatory bodles concerning environment protection, body safety and health.
