承兑的意思，这是信用证英语，估计是一大篇子里的一小段。

意思就是你满足了某某条件之后就给你承兑信用证

Implicit and explicit terms and conditions of the Uniform Commercial Code apply to this order with the sole exception of the buyer's terms and conditions explicitly included herein.所有UCC中详尽且明确载明的法条均适用于此承兑。除买家明确写明的条款外。

其实这个东西很简单，就第一句有用，其他全是套话。

这张单子的信用证承兑是以UCC Section 2-207 (2) (a)为法律依据的。除非买卖双方另有协议，否则一切完全按照法条走。
