大家好,我是一名外贸新手,才做这行两个星期,在免费B2B上发布了产品信息,收到一个瑞士客户的询盘,第一封EMAIL 要看我们的产品图片,第二封就要其中一个样品,我给他报了最低价和样品价USD150 后,他要求先寄样品后付款,可我们公司的规定是先付款后寄样品,跟客户协商了,客户坚决要求先寄样品,我该怎么办呀?
