      • tenders shall be returned to the office of  XX co.,ltd at RCC Site Office,Lot 6C1 Peninsula Drive Breakfast Point NSW 2137 or faxed to site on 9736 0201 before the close of  tenders on 10am on Wendnesday XXth February 2008, subject to XX Co.ltd making any adjustment in writing to that time and /or date.
