2008年如何复习和应考报关员考试英语
英语的考核内容：
海关基础英语的测试，是对考生英语基础知识和英语应用能力的检验。为了应试的目的，应明确考试的有关要求，争取达到其所要求达到的水平。从历次报关员考试的试题来看，考生需掌握以下七个方面的内容，即：①、认识英语词汇3，000个以上；②、海关业务用语③、海关法规英语；④、外贸业务用语，如：合同、发票、信用证、运单、装箱单等；⑤、度量衡换算表；⑥、常见货币名称；⑦、世界主要港口名称。
如果仅从2006年考试大纲来看，报关员考试对于英语的要求似乎有降低的趋势：
①、掌握与报关相关的中英文进出口单证的基本内容；
②、熟悉主要贸易国（地区）及其重要港口、货币的中英文名称。但是，大家切不可认为英语所占的比例不高而轻敌，以防造成整个考试功亏一篑的遗憾！在学习时，不论自己的基础怎样，都应有一种归零的心态，认真学习、应对！
英语的复习思路：
考生在复习英语时，不妨把历年来报关员资格考试中的英语部分试题作为英语句型复习资料，将其中所含的介词用法和语意理解清楚，再将整个我们整理出的报关员考试英语资料记牢，以此作为英语复习的重点；再加上在复习英语的过程中，对于海关及外贸业务用语也会有一般的了解，即使一时记不准，也可以在自己所掌握的英语知识基础上，通过努力，有浅入深地重点复习，定能考出好的英语成绩。
