    •    这几天,刚有个单子丢了,这里我把来往的信件发出来,希望大家批评指正,共同进步.

       

      1封来信

      Dear sirs

       

      hope you to have a nice times,we are ************Co in Iran, importing Rubber Hoses, PVC Hoses, PU Hoses, Silicon Hoses, Flexible Duct Hoses, Hose Clamp, Coupling and Connection,Locking Pipe Machine ..... etc.

      we have visited your product at web-site and want to take 2 orders of this product please send us its price.

      we know that SK100 is 4" and 3electronic lines,we want to know if you produce locking pipe machine 2" and 1electronic lines? because it has more use in Iran.

      we are waiting for your reply.

      有询盘,很高兴。: )我查看了他们公司的网站,很正规,主要是经营各种管材,这也正是我所希望的,二话不说,先回。他对我们可能不熟悉,SK100价格高,给他推荐点便宜的,毕竟是伊朗的,价格我打算给他,我的原则是只要你给了具体的型号和数量,那摸,价格我可以给你。我猜想他们是自己用,对产品应该熟悉,就决定报个低价。

      In your letter you asked locking pipe machiner 2" and 1 elcctronic lines. Yes we have. Replace the electric motor of SK100 could meet you require, but this will add our cost by 150.

             By the way, We have Type DX68 and DSG51 which are 2" and 1electronic lines.   

       please check the accessory.

      Thank for your kindly reply, we have visited your web-site as you wrote and saw DSG51 that was 2" and 1 electronic line, and we decide to take you an order about it, but there isnt any picture or info about DX68 it might we couldn’t find it, in order to our sedition for buy,

      please send us pictures and info about it and send the pics of the different side of DSG51 with their prices to inform us completely.

      You ask picture and info about DX68, I have sent them to you as an appendix to the letter of 24 Dec 2007. it might filter.

      You can find the products at www.bjhyjxgs.com.cn. By the way, I do not have pics of the diffrent side of DSG51. I send you parameters as an appendix to this letter, and hope this will help you.

      Thank  for  your reply and price sending,we have got these prices  (for example like DX68)  from other companies,because this product has entered in Iran,but your prices are higher than some of them,please send us your finally price in order to we want to buy 5sets of your 2" product.

      This makes us to have better profitable relationship,and please send SK95 because we havent your price.

      让我怎么回啊?他说知道DX68,我有点怀疑,因为象锁管机,每个企业生产的都不一样,而且依据我所知,DX68好象只有我们,以前有DX68到伊朗吗?打电话问问,果然没有,而且就算有的话,价格也不会低于我给的价格。那就是想诈我的价格了,我决定不给他降,并说明我们的质量优势,毕竟只有5%,降了他不满意怎么办?要再要求降怎么办~于是,我这样回的。。

      We have two types DX68A&DX68B. The price I had given to you is DX68B which has a good quality .The very fact that other clients keep on buying speaks for itself.  I believe you need the product with high quality. Taking quality and serives into consideration, the price I offer you are very favourable.

      其实,后来想想,这封信回的。。。哎~~怎么说呢?有点牵强,没给他降价,他会有想法,我的措辞好象还有点顶牛了,肯定回弄的他很不爽~当然这也都是后话了。其实有一点我没有说明,就是第2封,第3封,还有第4封,他基本是在同一天回的,各人感觉他要的比较急,我敢这样回,也有这里面的原因。

      4封来信

      we have checked your email now, we received 40 " container of hoses a month from China ,we want to take 5 order about DX68 and 1 order SK100,altought we know about your product quality please send us your finally prices with good discount,at the end we asked you SK95 price but you didnt answer us,please describe for us about the diffrents between SK95 with SK100.

      他收到了一批40英尺箱子的货物,我一直觉的这个和我没有关系,不过他想要6台货物倒是大大增加了我的兴趣。因为价格是给了的,所以他这样就是有商量的余地,但是他既然说要底价,我想不能一点面子不给把,我想还是先给他降2个点把,他也容易接受,而且我还有点下浮的空间,回信如下

      The SK95 have been stop product. I am so sorry for it. The differents between SK100 and SK95 is the maximum hoping force. SK95 is 960 tons, and SK100 is 249 tons.

      I give you a 2% discount with an eye for long-term interests. This is our rock-bottom price and I hope that will satisfied you.

      真是不好意思,SK95的事被我忘到脑后了,我这健忘的脑子,什么时候才能够记点事啊?曾经的,我以为天上掉馅饼了,可是,事实证明我是错误的。时间一天天过去了,也没有收到他的回信,说实话,我感觉他是个真实的买家。没回信一直很可惜,我决点,他5天不回信的话,我在发一风信过去问问,其实也想打个电话,口语不好~~万一在理解错了,岂不悔死?当然,后来想想,也是没必要的了,至少打个电话过去会能知道更多的情况。顾虑有点多了。。。我写了第5封信,没有回,后来也没有消息,

      没成的原因是什么?我一直在思索,至少开始他想要来着,我是这样认为的,一是价格高,不能接受,我报的是低价了。第二就是有可能他们是代理,我给他们报价之后,他们给别人报价,我后来降的幅度小,他和他的客户也没有谈拢,搞的他们没有利润,所以决定放弃。

      我自己是这样想的,哪位给批评指正下,不胜感激。

    • 我觉得报价还是要运用一些技巧的

      1.你的客户是伊朗的,伊朗的怎么了,可不要小瞧啊。因为刚开始你对客户的习惯秉性并不了解  第一次报价就报低价未必好

      2.一定不要根据经验轻易做什么判断。为了更好的达到客户的要求,你可以发邮件询问以表示你的专业和对他的重视等等   如果不想错过机会 先报客人询问的产品报价 然后才是你的推荐

      3.客户询问什么产品尽量发直观的产品图片 不要浏览什么网站 我个人觉得浪费客人的时间 而且怕他没耐心

      4回复看客户的邮件一定不要落点 问什么答什么 再你的回复邮件中都要有所提及

    • 5.如果真要说明你的产品质量好 有没有什么有力的证据说明。记得有一次我的师傅跟我说 他的客户嫌产品贵 前后讲了几次价 后来同事就帮着师傅数产品的珠子 这产品是工艺品 只要的组成部分就是珠子 这样平均一个珠子是多少钱就知道了 讲给客户听 最后他也没再降价了

         再以后的时候给这个报价 一开始的时候就不报最低价了 因为他就三番五次的好降价

    • 其实你也不必太在意 有的时候真的已经是最低价了

      我想飞单的原因就是价格没谈拢
