在我发给要轮子客户的图片和图纸尺寸图后,客户回信说的
You keep sending the same details again. Very nice photos, a simple
Ball bearing with d=16 and a pencil drwg indicating a welded in piece of
tubing having inside dia of 20 mm. Nowhere is a detail stating that a
#61904 (20x37x9 just too weak looking) 0r a #6004 (20x42x12) bearing
could be fitted, the welded in tube would need to have inside
dia of 42 mm.
The pencil drawing wheel as it is could be used on a driving axle using a
key locking wheel to axle, ok. But for the front axle consisting of 2
Stub axles we cannot put 100 kg weight on two short steering axles
being only 16 mm going around corner with speed. If it were a 3-wheeler
we could use a fork with a bike like 16 mm axle, that would be fine.
Maybe we should consider doing a 3-wheeler as an alternative?
