Really not like how we learn from Chinese school or college,just practise.

I remember one day, when one of my customer came to visit our factory. you know ,I have to show him around the factory and I should use English to explain every process, at first, things went smoothly, but when we visited the test equipment ,I really can't remeber the word ,but what is worse is that I even didn't know use which word to replace it! oh, my God!
now , when I thought of this, I don't know if he understood me at all!!ha ha ...............
just keep practising .

I have never experience about it ,hehe ,
several monthes ago, i shopped around in shanghai nanjing road with a fried quail in my hand ,which was bought from a roadside market. a foreigner came by and asked me what it was in my hand . obviously, she was quite curious about it, but to my embasrrasement, i couldn't remember the word “quail”. i just explained to her that was a kind of fried birds. she noded with smile. then my friend began to “ laugh at” me, “ should i think highly about your english, EMT8?” . i suddenly realized that i hadn't spoken english for a long time.

ha ha, I don't these word too until I check it by dictionary, we can also call it “partridge”, we are not english speaking country, so it is not strange for us to forget some of the words, but we can keep it deeply in mind next time.
