只要你们满足下列要求，我方（主要银行开立的履约保函），将无条件承担对你方付款责任。

Any claims should be received by us at our counters on or before that date. Should we not receive any claim by that date, this guarantee will expired.
如有索赔需在保函有效期内提出，任何索赔应以我方政策为准，在保函到期日后提出的索赔我们将不予受理。
