when you contact with your customer, which way will be your best choice to communicate with them, email, MSN, fax, phone?
as for me, I think it will be a high efficient way to talk to them on phone.
of course, great courage would be needed for you for the first time! I still remember that when I called, it ringed just for a few seconds, but my heart vibrated up and down! Jesus! I was so afraid and excited! what made me upset is that no one answered the phone.
for the second time, I called again to my other customer, God, I made it! but i was not as comfortable as i thought! I don't know if he got my idea finally....................
then the third,fourth, fifth time..............., I am not afraid any more! I am so happy!
In my experience! once you open your mouth, you will do it better and better! so pick up the phone when necessary!
