I have a new customer whose english is perfect , in order to talk with him ,i'm eager to know the way to improve my spoken english quickly,thank you very much!

i don't think there are some crash way to improve english level. you'd better read more ,practise more in your spare time.
moreover, writing more some english sentences here is also an effective way here

LZ 的WRITTEN ENGLISH 是OK但是WAY 可以用WAYS 因为方法不是一种.你的口头表达应当还可以的.不要害怕.

This is a very difficult question for me to give all of you a definite answer because I am from London and I have been using English for over 30 years.I trully have no idea how a Chinese can manage to speak English very fluently. Maybe the so-called English environment,that is, exposure to the language, or frequent practice,etc. Nevertheless, I am not quite sure. Sorry!
By the way, in some Chinese universities all kinds of teachers always tell us that we should read more and practise more. Perhaps they are right because there are more and more people now in China who can speak very good English.
your English is enough for you to use,but lack of chances to speak.in fact,a foreigner can catch you if you don`t speak too badly
